Care Instructions

1. 染燙髮、洗澡或泡溫泉請不要配戴

Keep them Dry: Take them off before showering, swimming or exercising

or hair coloring and perm curling

2. 戴完拔下後，用隨商品附贈的擦拭布輕輕擦拭

Treat your Jewelry pieces to an occasional gentle cleansing with a soft cloth

and non-abrasive jewelry wash.

3. 未配戴時，裝回附贈的夾鏈袋裡收藏。避免氧化，保護每一件輕珠寶不會互相碰撞受傷。

For storage, kindly put your jewelry in seprate zip bags to prevent oxidation and collison.

4. 輕珠寶飾品屬易碎物品，避免外力碰撞、擠壓、拉扯，造成鑽及珍珠的磨損、脫落或飾品斷裂。

Do aware jewerly are fragile, please handle with care.

What Is Covered And How Long Coverage Lasts

LLC d/b/a Gouts et Couleur (“Ms.Blessing Jewelry collection”) warrants your jewelry purchased directly from Gouts et Couleur retail locations or our website (the “Products”) to be free from manufacturing defects (material and/or workmanship) for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase, subject to the limitations set forth in this warranty.

Gouts et Couleur（“MS.Blessings Jewelry collection”）從Gouts et Couleur零售店或我們的網站購買的珠寶產品自購買之日起2年內沒有製造缺陷（材料和/或工藝），提供兩年的保固，但須遵守本保修中規定的限制

What Is Not Covered

This warranty doesn’t cover any problem caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accident, theft, alteration, unauthorized repair(third party), or improper use, cleaning, or storage. Consequential, indirect, special, punitive, and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty, including, but not limited to, any loss of use. For information on how to ensure proper use, cleaning and storage, consult our “Care Instructions” on “www.getcs.asia” website.

本保修不包括因正常磨損、誤用、意外、盜竊、改裝、未經授權的維修（第三方）或不當使用、清潔或儲存而造成的任何問題。根據本保修，間接性、特殊性、惡意及附帶性損害不可賠償，包括但不限於任何使用損失。有關如何確保正確使用、清潔和儲存的資訊，請參閱“www.getcs.asia”網站上的“保養說明”。

What You Must Do

Gouts et Couleurs will provide warranty coverage if your warranty claim complies with all terms of this warranty and you follow the return procedure below. If a manufacturing defect is found, Gouts et Couleurs should be notified promptly by email ([email protected]). You may also be required to submit digital images of the defects. Inspection by a Gouts et Couleurs employee or representative may be necessary to verify that a manufacturing defect exists. Shipping and handling fees will be covered for customers based in the Taiwan only. Upon inspection, if the damage is deemed outside of a manufacturing defect, we'll always let you know the price of a repair, if available, before beginning any work on the jewelry.

如果您的保修索賠符合本保修的所有條款，並且您遵循以下退貨程式，Gouts et Couleurs將提供保修範圍。如果發現製造缺陷，應立即透過電子郵件（[email protected]）通知Gouts et Couleurs。您會需要提交缺陷的照片。 Gouts et Couleurs員工或代表可能需要進行檢查，以驗證是否存在製造缺陷。免運費及免手續費將僅只適用於臺灣客戶。經過檢查，如果損壞被視為非生產瑕疵，在開始維修之前，我們會通知您維修價格（在您同意後才開始維修）。

What Gouts et Couleurs Will Do

This warranty is limited to repair or replacement on an exchange basis, as selected by The Last Line, in The Last Line’s sole and absolute discretion, of the Product, which upon examination by Gouts et Couleurs is deemed to have been defective when the Product left the factory. Gouts et Couleurs may also choose to refund the purchase price, less depreciation, of the Product when, in Gouts et Couleurs’s sole and absolute discretion, the situation calls for such. If replacement is required in accordance with this warranty and the defective Product has been discontinued or is unavailable, Gouts et Couleurs reserves the right to select and supply similar Product or offer full credit for the Product; otherwise the same Product will be supplied for replacement.

本保修僅限於Gouts et Couleurs根據Gouts et Couleurs的唯一和絕對自由裁量權選擇的交換方式維修或更換產品，經Gouts et Couleurs檢查，若為產品出廠時的瑕疵。會依照當時的情況決定怎麼退換貨，Gouts et Couleurs退還產品的購買價格或是更換成全新的商品。如果根據本保修需要更換，並且有缺陷的產品已停產或不可用，Gouts et Couleurs保留選擇和供應類似產品或為產品提供全額退費的權利；否則將提供相同的產品進行更換。

How Taiwan Law Relates To This Warranty

This warranty is governed by Taiwan law without regard to conflicts of law principles. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS GIVEN AND ACCEPTED IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR TRADE USAGE, AND THE REMEDIES OF THE BUYER SHALL BE LIMITED TO THOSE PROVIDED HEREIN. The total cumulative liability to Gouts et Couleurs, from all causes of action and all theories of liability, will be limited to and will not exceed the purchase price of the Product paid by you.

本保修受臺灣法律管轄，不考慮法律衝突原則。在法律允許的範圍內，上述保固是獨立的，並接受以代替任何其他明示、默示或法定的書面或口頭的保證和陳述，包括但不限於對可銷售性、特定用途的適用性或貿易用途的任何保證，買方的補救措施應僅限於本協議中規定的保證。 Gouts et Couleurs從所有訴訟原因和所有責任理論中累計責任總額將僅限於且不會超過您支付的產品的購買價格。
